Asia is as rich in culture as it is steeped in high places. Asia is home to every mountain in the world above 7'000m, and spread between the Himalaya and the Karakorum mountain ranges, are all 14 of the highest mountains on earth, the 8000m peaks.
Visiting the highest mountain ranges on earth is an experience that cannot be summed up in words, nor justified by a mere picture; You cannot smell the fresh mountain air from a photograph, nor taste the sweet tea dripping from the pages of a book. You cannot feel the flutter of prayer flags in the wind, nor hear the chime of a prayer bell over distant hills. To truly realise its beauty, one has to see it, smell it, taste it, feel it, hear it; One has to experience every part of it for themselves, so as to be changed by it, for the better.

"Alex demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout our expedition in Borneo. He is incredibly personable which enabled him to interact with a range of people and build good relationships with all of them. He is quick to identify strengths and areas of development in all individuals and then works with them to improve upon these. He has a great amount of confidence when dealing with the unknown and is able to put others at ease in his approach to difficult situations.
